Reiki Session

Each client varies with their experience. Some may feel a warm sensation from the
practitioner’s hands and some may feel cool. This can be both through touch or touchless
sessions. It’s common to feel deeply relaxed or fall into a meditative state. Many state that as relaxed as they are, they are very much conscious of their surroundings and others will say they dozed off and unaware they did so. Both are perfectly ok. It’s also ok if you don’t feel anything during your session as many can feel the effects of it later on, noticing more clarity, less stress, or through a deep goodnight’s sleep.

Therapeutic Touch

 

During the 40 min session, the client is fully clothed in either a seated or laying down
comfortable position. The practitioner begins the session by quieting the mind and focusing on being present. The practitioner then moves their hands in a patterned motion to re-distribute and balance the energy in the body from head to toe. Everyone’s experience can vary. Most
tend to fall asleep, feel a light tingling sensation, or currents of energy moving through the body. The session is completed with a 20 min rest that allows the body’s natural healing respond to the new and rebalanced energy flow.

What to expect in a Therapeutic Touch for selfcare session?

Distance Energy Healing

For those who can't meet in person, distance healing through Reiki or Therapeutic Touch is an option. Similar techniques are used as described in an in-person session but done through visualization. The client will book a time and set themselves up in a comfortable and relaxed position. The practitioner will notify them when they will begin and once they have completed the session. This can be done over the phone or via video call.

Both in person and distance sessions are equally effective. The distance of your location does not matter, the client can be anywhere in the world as long as they are open to receiving at the designated time.

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a clinically proven tapping therapy technique used on meridian points in the body. Introduced in ancient Chinese medicine, tapping on specific meridian points helps release past trauma, depression, anxiety, fears and emotional challenges to allow for a more peaceful,
happier life. 

 

Meridians are invisible pathways to which (Qi) energy flows. Each meridian is connected to a tapping point. When there is a blockage in the meridians, this is where EFT tapping comes into effect to release blockages and help restore balance in the body’s energy system.

Space Cleansing Ceremony

If you have a new home, office, car, or are just decluttering and re-organizing your current space, a cleansing ceremony, also known as smudging, using sage, palo santo and intention will help rebalance the energy in your space allowing peace and protection into your new space.

Sound Healing

 

Add on during Reiki, Therapeutic Touch or EFT Session

In addition to any service, you can add sound healing to the experience. The cleansing and calming harmonic sounds of 432 hertz crystal sound bowls are played live at your healing session, helping add peace and pleasure to your relaxation.
